This Refund & Chargeback Policy explains how refunds, transaction disputes, reversals, and chargebacks are handled on the Crowdr platform (“Crowdr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy applies to all users of the platform, including campaign creators, donors, and other participants using Crowdr’s services.
By creating a campaign, making a donation, or using the Crowdr platform, you agree to this Refund & Chargeback Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Crowdr provides a technology platform that enables campaign creators to raise funds from donors.
1.2 Donations made on the platform are generally considered voluntary and final, except in circumstances expressly provided for under this policy or where required by law.
1.3 Crowdr reserves the right to review, suspend, restrict, flag, or remove campaigns that violate our Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, payment partner requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
2.1 Donors who believe a transaction was made in error, unauthorized, duplicated, or connected to misleading activity may contact Crowdr to request a review.
2.2 Crowdr may, at its sole discretion, investigate refund requests and request additional information or supporting documentation from donors and/or campaign creators.
2.3 Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period from the date of the transaction.
2.4 Submission of a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
3.1 Where a campaign is flagged for suspected fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited activity, policy violations, or other compliance concerns, Crowdr reserves the right to suspend payouts and investigate the campaign.
3.2 If, following review, Crowdr determines that refunds should be issued, donors may be refunded the amounts contributed to the affected campaign, subject to payment provider limitations and applicable deductions under this policy.
3.3 Crowdr may reverse, withhold, or recover funds connected to campaigns under investigation.
4.1 Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to banking systems, card schemes, and payment processor timelines.
4.2 Crowdr is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other third parties involved in the payment process.
