
Refund Policy for CrowdrApp Technologies Limited.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled at Crowdr (“Crowdr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to all users of the Crowdr platform, including campaign creators and donors. By creating a campaign or making a donation on Crowdr, you agree to this Refund Policy, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Crowdr reserves the right to review, flag, suspend, or remove campaigns that violate our Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, or applicable laws.
1.2 Where a campaign is flagged and a decision is made to issue refunds, donors will be refunded the amounts they contributed to the campaign, subject to the provisions of this policy.
2.1 Once a campaign has been flagged and a refund decision has been confirmed, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to payment provider and banking processes.
Please note that the following fees are non-refundable, even where donor refunds are issued:
3.1 Crowdr Service Fee: The standard 5% service fee charged on funds raised on the platform is non-refundable. This fee covers platform usage, administrative, compliance, and operational costs incurred during the fundraising process.
3.2 Paystack Charges: Any transaction or payment processing fees charged by Paystack are also non-refundable.
Crowdr reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time in line with operational, regulatory, or legal requirements.
